AKAIYAI RackMaster Pro A51R100-B is a 51.2 V, 100 Ah rack-style lithium module delivering 5.12 kWh per unit for residential and light-commercial energy storage systems (ESS). As part of KAIYA’s RackMaster Pro line, this battery focuses on high cycle life, easy integration with hybrid inverters, and quick, low-maintenance installation in standard equipment racks.
With 6000+ cycles and excellent round-trip efficiency, the RackMaster Pro helps lower the lifetime cost of storage while keeping more of your solar energy usable. Its robust metal enclosure (IP20), quiet natural-convection cooling, and BMS (16S100A) protections make it a dependable core for solar self-consumption, backup power, and time-of-use optimization.
Integration is straightforward. The battery supports CAN, RS485, and RS232, enabling closed-loop operation with many popular hybrid inverters for accurate SOC reporting, safe charge limits, and optimized performance. Recommended charge is 20 A (max 50 A), with a CC 0.5C 56.8 V / CV 58.4 V profile, while discharge supports 100 A continuous (50 A recommended) with a 44.8 V cut-off. These settings, combined with precise control from compatible inverters, help protect cell health and sustain capacity over time.
The RackMaster Pro is built for practical installs. At 420×440×132 mm and ≈43.5 kg, it fits neatly in rack/cabinet spaces, uses M5 terminals for secure connections, and requires minimal service. Thanks to low self-discharge (<3%/month), systems stay ready even after extended standby periods. Charge in environments from -10 °C to +55 °C and discharge from -20 °C to +55 °C; store between 0 °C and +30 °C in a clean, dry area.
Scalability is simple. Start with one 5.12 kWh module and parallel up to 16 units to reach ≈40 kWh, expanding as loads grow—without redesigning your system. This flexibility suits homes and SMEs alike: keep essential loads (lighting, Wi-Fi, refrigeration, POS) online during outages; shift energy from off-peak to on-peak periods; and capture more daytime PV to use at night.
